Maintenance SupervisorWe are looking to employ a maintenance supervisor with an outstanding knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance. A maintenance supervisor is expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess fantastic communication skills with a great eye for detail.Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities Will Include:Troubleshooting and diagnosing all leaks, plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues that arise.Resourceful but keep a well-stocked and very organized maintenance shop.Upbeat and can-do positive attitude with the ability to build and lead a small team.Prioritize, organize, complete and assign work orders to team and self.Must have a vehicle and all tools necessary to complete work.Provide training to coworkers and lead by example.Work well and consult regularly with Property and Regional managers on issues that occur.Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:Bachelors degree (highly advantageous).2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor (essential).Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.Effective budgeting and performance management.
