Maintenance Supervisor - Food ManufacturingGlobal food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its team at its state-of-the-art complex in Memphis, TN. This position will lead a team of maintenance technicians across a 24/7 operation, with full accountability for preventive, predictive, corrective, and new equipment installation activities. The right candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a demanding food manufacturing environment.Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:5–10 years of maintenance experience in the food industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory roleB.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferredStrong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, with specific experience in food processing and packaging equipmentSolid knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations, GMPs, and HACCP standardsExperience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor resourcesFamiliarity with CMMS platforms (SAP, Maximo, or similar) and Lean Manufacturing principlesProven ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes, identify root causes, and implement lasting corrective actionsExperience tracking and improving KPIs such as OEE, equipment availability, yields, and production volumeStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-shift environmentUnion leadership experience preferredStable work historyYou must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
