Maintenance SupervisorJoin the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! Shift: 2nd shift (1pm start) Salary: $81,360 - $101,700 plus annual target bonusPosition Responsibilities: The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis. A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain a safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program. This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards. Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting. Other projects or duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.Preferred Education and Experience: Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree.Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
