Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Lowell, MA Now Hiring! Join our dynamic team at Nesco Resource, where we are actively seeking an experienced professional for a growing advanced manufacturing company in the Lowell area. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive on troubleshooting complex equipment, leading a team, and driving preventive maintenance initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support maintenance technicians while coordinating daily maintenance activities.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, pumps, motors, valves, control systems, and facility equipment.Manage preventive maintenance schedules and work orders using a CMMS system.Oversee equipment installations, modifications, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.Promote a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and other safety procedures.Qualifications5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electromechanical equipment.Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Welding and plasma cutting experience is a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.High school diploma or GED required.Ability to pass a preemployment screeningSalary: $35-$38 based on experience Shift: 1st (7 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday)(OT as needed) Why Apply?Join a stable, growing manufacturing company.Take on a leadership opportunity with hands-on responsibilities.Enjoy competitive pay and benefits.Benefit from long-term career growth.Secure a Direct Hire opportunity.Ready to elevate your career in maintenance leadership?
