Maintenance Supervisor – Minerva, OH
Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 annually
Full-Time | Manufacturing | On-Site
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in Minerva, Ohio . This role will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, support production operations, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and develop maintenance employees.
Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems.
Monitor maintenance performance and provide direction, feedback, and support.
Ensure maintenance activities meet productivity, quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Coordinate shift operations, allocate resources, and resolve maintenance issues.
Work cross-functionally to identify and implement cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, logs, and documentation.
Support technical process control and quality process control.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, safety requirements, and applicable facility codes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience .
5+ years of plant engineering and general maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with CNC turning equipment .
Knowledge of facility maintenance and applicable codes and regulations.
Experience working with EPA and OSHA compliance requirements .
2+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience .
Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
