Maintenance SupervisorHiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Reading, PA! Pay: $73,000/year + discretionary bonus Shift: 2nd Shift | 11:00 AM-7:00 PM | Flexibility as needed Location: Reading, PA Benefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance activities in a fast-paced dairy processing environment. This position will coordinate technicians, troubleshoot equipment issues, support preventive maintenance, and help keep production equipment and plant utilities running safely and reliably.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support maintenance technicians during daily plant operationsCoordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and production supportTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtimeSupport HTST pasteurization systems, separators, homogenizers, sanitary pumps, valves, valve clusters, and CIP systemsMaintain dairy fillers, conveyors, packaging equipment, and related production machineryAssist with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, water, and other plant utility systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns and prioritize repairs based on production needsHelp identify recurring equipment issues and support reliability improvementsTrain and coach maintenance technicians on equipment, troubleshooting, and safe work practicesEnsure maintenance activities meet food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirementsWork closely with production, quality, sanitation, and maintenance leadership to support daily operationsQualificationsMaintenance experience within dairy, beverage, fluid food, or similar food manufacturingDairy processing experience strongly preferredPrevious maintenance leadership or supervisory experienceExperience with sanitary processing equipment, CIP systems, fillers, packaging equipment, and plant utilitiesStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with preventive maintenance and equipment reliabilityKnowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements in a manufacturing environmentStrong hands-on leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work 2nd shift and provide additional flexibility based on plant needs
