Job description
ATS in the United States is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to oversee site safety, keep 5S housekeeping, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations. This role supports strategic initiatives, mentors staff, and ensures costs are controlled while delivering reliable plant performance.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and solid CMMS/Microsoft skills.
