In addition to competitive pay, AMLI offers a housing allowance, bonus opportunities, outstanding benefits, and long-term career growth with a nationally recognized apartment owner and manager.Why Join AMLI?Competitive pay: $35–$39/hour based on experienceMonthly and quarterly bonus opportunitiesHousing allowance at AMLI WallingfordMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match20 days PTO plus 9 paid holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesEmployee recognition programsStable company with a strong reputation in multifamily housingWhat You'll DoAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring the community remains safe, attractive, and operating at the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, schedule, and support the maintenance teamCoordinate and oversee all maintenance projects, repairs, and vendor workDiagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and building systems issuesManage preventative maintenance programs and property inspectionsOversee apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready on scheduleMaintain inventory, order supplies, and manage maintenance-related expensesAssist with budgeting, capital improvement projects, and vendor bid managementEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standardsDeliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident service requestsHelp maintain the community's appearance, curb appeal, and overall resident satisfactionParticipate in an on-call rotation and assist with after-hours emergencies as neededWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3–5 years of apartment maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairsAbility to lead a team and manage multiple prioritiesReliable transportationPreferred QualificationsPrevious supervisory or team lead experienceExperience managing vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance programsPhysical RequirementsThis position requires frequent walking, climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in indoor and outdoor environments.
