Cleaning/ Maintenance Services ManagerThe Cleaning/ Maintenance Services Manager is responsible for the overall management of all cleaning functions in the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly experience for the guest.Job Functions:Conducts pre-event inspections of all venue areas, prior to opening to ensure cleanliness of areasEnsures and makes arrangements to repair and/or replacement of used damaged equipment.Purchases and re-orders and maintains adequate supplies and inventory of cleaning/maintenance productsAny other task as assigned by the Operations ManagerQualifications:Knowledge & skills in carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairsKnowledge & skills in landscapingAttention to detail, quality and accuracyParticipates in general cleaning, painting, and repair workUses hand tools & power tools in making maintenance repairsStrong relationship building and communication skillsAbility to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPosition requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.Live Nation Entertainment strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by state or federal law.
