Job description
Our client is a well-known in the textile industry. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the maintenance staff. Primary duties include: Supervise, train and mentor maintenance staff on respective shift
Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is conducted on various laundry machinery and facilities
Ensure working spaces are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP’s
Provide maintenance and machinery reports to management and executives.
Position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Ideal candidates for Maintenance Supervisor will possess the following:
Associates degree in electro-technology or similar, military technical training and/or trade/vocational schooling.
Experience with PLC’s
5+ years in a high-volume processing environment
2+ years supervising or leading maintenance staff
Understanding of LEAN 5S, GMP, and OHSA standards.
Salary up to $110,000/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.
