Maintenance Support StaffLocation: Mill Spring, NCSchedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pmBenefits:PTO/Sick Time accrual starting from first dayMedical/Dental/Vision BenefitsCompany funded Life InsuranceRetirement plan with company matchFree mealsPay: Starts at $18.00 per hour and increases based on experienceResponsibilities:Mowing, raking, planting, trimming, and watering the campus groundsWorks with the team on routine vehicle maintenanceWorks on minor building projects and modificationsMaintains all equipmentOther maintenance related duties as assignedQualifications:Knowledge of maintenance systemsConstruction and vehicle maintenance skillsLandscaping and grounds keeping skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically moving and standing for extended periods of timeMust be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving to be on company insurance and use company vehiclesCooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
