Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, multi-craft maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, CNC equipment, and industrial press machines
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures
Perform machine tear-downs, rebuilds, installations, and equipment upgrades
Troubleshoot motors, drives, controls, sensors, and machine components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately
Assist with maintenance inventory and spare parts management
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience troubleshooting and repairing production machinery
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of electrical systems, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Experience using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with injection molding equipment
Experience with CNC machinery and controls
Experience with hydraulic or mechanical press equipment
Welding and fabrication experience
Preventative Maintenance (PM) program experience
CMMS experience
Project Management or maintenance project leadership experience

We're looking for a "jack-of-all-trades" maintenance professional who can walk into a manufacturing environment, quickly assess equipment issues, and develop solutions with minimal direction. Candidates may have a stronger background in mechanical or electrical maintenance, but must be comfortable working across multiple disciplines to support production operations.
