Become a Key Player as a Maintenance Tech

You will keep production running by maintaining and repairing facility, process, and production equipment. You will lead and instruct other maintenance personnel, coordinate with supervisors and engineering, and respond to work orders on a 2nd shift schedule (3:30 PM-11:30 PM, Monday-Friday) with mandatory overtime as needed. This is an onsite role supporting manufacturing operations and cross-functional stakeholders.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

Support ongoing maintenance repairs for facility, operation, and process equipment

Instruct, direct, and set up work for other maintenance personnel

Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks

Respond to work orders through the PM program and champion lockout/tagout procedures

Test equipment performance using applicable instruments and check/repair pumps, fans, valves, and motors

Fabricate, weld, solder, and plumb with appropriate approvals

Adjust, repair, and replace electrical and electronic pneumatic relays

Track inventory of machine parts and supplies and reorder as needed

Maintain clean and orderly work area; follow 5S practices

Report production issues to the Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

High School Diploma or GED (college or trade preferred); applicable technical certifications preferred

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency

Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining machines in a manufacturing environment (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic systems)

Knowledge of machinery installation, repair procedures, methods, and trade practices

Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with peers and lead by example

Mechanical aptitude with independent problem-solving and prioritization skills

Ability to read work orders, interpret part drawings, schematics, and blueprints; use shop math and measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers)

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Flexible availability to work off shifts or weekends as needed

Pay Range

$25.33 - $31.66/hour
