Maintenance Tech Assistant – Bend, OregonLocation: Bend, ORPay: $25Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMPosition Type: Assistant RoleAbout the RoleThe Maintenance Tech Assistant supports the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the property is clean, safe, and fully prepared for residents. This role plays a key part in keeping the community well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and welcoming for new move-ins.Key ResponsibilitiesTrash pickup throughout the propertyChanging and restocking dog waste stationsAssisting with unit turns to prepare homes for new move-insSupporting the Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks and projectsGeneral property upkeep to maintain a clean and safe environmentExperienceExperience preferred but not required — we will trainIdeal for someone eager to learn maintenance and property operationsWhat We're Looking ForHard-working and reliableProactive with a strong work ethicGood listener who follows direction wellTeam-oriented and willing to jump in where neededWhy This Role MattersThis position ensures the property is well-maintained, meets safety and legal standards, and provides residents with high-quality service.
