What You’ll Be Doing
Facility Walk-Throughs & Inspections – Regularly assess the building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and related systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Preventive Maintenance & Energy Management – Operate and maintain preventive maintenance and energy programs in line with brand and company standards.
Repairs & Projects – Assign, complete, and verify repairs, renovations, and special projects in guest rooms, offices, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Plumbing & Mechanical Work – Install, inspect, clean, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, and related equipment.
Grounds & Public Area Care – Maintain exterior areas, landscaping, parking lots, stairwells, and maintenance spaces to keep the property attractive and safe.
Pool & Facility Monitoring – Conduct daily testing and monitoring of pool and whirlpool systems to ensure compliance and guest safety.
Reporting & Communication – Maintain logs and records, generate reports, and keep leadership informed on the overall condition of the property. **

Tech & Process Ready – Confident using computers and maintenance systems to log work, generate reports, and follow preventive maintenance programs.
All-Weather Ready – Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
Physically Resilient – Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, lifting, reaching, and performing physically demanding tasks safely.
