Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support one of our facility services clients at the Eastland Mall in Evansville, IN. This role involves a wide range of general building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, light electrical work, drywall installation, painting, and tile replacement. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial doors (including ADA automatic doors), patching roof damage, and troubleshooting restroom fixtures such as automatic sinks and soap dispensers. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity and requires on-site presence 5 days a week (Sunday – Thursday).

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial environment
Experience changing out light bulbs, ballasts, and checking outlets
Experience with tile and ceiling repairs, drywall/painting
Skilled in plumbing - replace automatic sinks, soap dispensers, replace toilette, flushometers, etc. Experience operating a scissor lift or boom lift
Experience working in a commercial retail environment (Malls, Supermarkets, Department Stores, Factory Outlets)
