What You'll Do
As our Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks across the property
Responding quickly and professionally to resident service requests
Communicating clearly with residents and teammates
Partnering with our property management team to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment
Being available for on-call support, helping ensure our community is taken care of around the clock

What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience — you're confident with tools, repairs, and property upkeep
Preferred certifications: HVAC and CPO (not required, but a definite plus!)
On-call availability as part of the position
A dependable team player with strong communication skills
Someone who values quality, consistency, and craftsmanship
