Maintenance Tech
Join the KYB Team - Build, Repair, and Keep Manufacturing Moving
Pay Range: $26.50 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills
KYB is seeking a skilled and motivated Machinist to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting production by manufacturing, modifying, and repairing precision parts that keep our equipment operating efficiently. What You'll Do
Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses, and related machinery.
Manufacture and repair components to support production and maintenance operations.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Complete preventive maintenance activities and scheduled work orders.
Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to support manufacturing objectives.
Maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
Become certified and maintain certification as a forklift operator.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent mechanical experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience holding tight tolerances and producing quality parts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MP2 maintenance software is a plus.

Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
