Security Guard - Large Senior Living Community
We are seeking a diligent maintenance tech to join our team at a large senior living community in Glendale, AZ. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.

Job Description
Our Maintenance Director oversees keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaint and queries promptly and in a polite manner. You are the right candidate if you are pleasant, detail-oriented and friendly.
Responsibilities
Maintain swimming pool, spa, ponds and other water features on property, including routine cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing.
Monitor building access,respond to alarms ,resident pendants, and report safety or security concerns.
Assist residents, staff , and visitors as needed.
Complete work orders using TELS phone app.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, troubleshooting.
Respond to maintenance emergencies such as plumbing, electrical, or equipment issues within scope of training.
Assist with room turns, work orders, and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to communicate verbally and in written form and cooperate effectively with others
Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
Trained security officer with diploma
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
Surveillance skills with orientation to detail
