Job description
Job Description Perform daily walk through of the Irving Consolidated Facility and grounds
Maintain HVAC Certifications to be able to coordinate and repair HVAC systems that are the responsibility of the Bank
Conduct routine maintenance as required in banking centers and support centers
Meet with contractors to discuss the following (air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, janitorial services, landscaping, painters, etc.)
Escort fire department and fire alarm monitoring personnel during inspections
Ensure bank elevators are properly maintained and inspected
Contact outside vendors for pickup and retention of bank files
Update supervisor on all projects and maintenance issues
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
May be required to climb ladders and/or perform work which requires bending low
Frequent standing and walking
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
