Maintenance Technician
Location: 1100 W Hibiscus Blvd, Melbourne FL Bill Rate: $23-24 /HR Hours: M-F 2:30pm - 11pm with some OT as it comes up Potential to convert to FTE: Yes - $55,800 - $69,000
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Collins Aerospace site Team Overview: Some independent work and may need to assist other technicians Resource's typical working day: General maintenance - Changing HVAC filters - Basic carpentry - Basic plumbing - Basic electric - Building/assembling furniture Completing daily work orders Meeting with vendors as needed
Licenses/Certifications: None required, but any applicable licenses are a plus Must Have Skills: - Basic carpentry - Basic plumbing - Basic electric - Basic HVAC - General maintenance skills Nice to have skills: Locksmithing skills Advanced HVAC experience Soft Skills: Good customer service skills Reliable High level of professionalism Years of Experience: 4-6 years Education H.S. diploma or GED Software skills: Basic computer skills Basic email skills Microsoft Office
