Are you ready to ensure the seamless and safe operation of essential equipment while preventing future maintenance issues?
About the Role
This position involves maintaining and repairing operational and building equipment to ensure the continuous and safe running of the site. The role is crucial for maintaining quality control and preventing future maintenance issues, thereby contributing to the efficiency and reliability of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and routine maintenance on equipment, including filling equipment, hoses, filters, and pumps.
Ensure quality control of site equipment and perform reactive maintenance to prevent future issues.
Conduct tests to confirm systems are leak-tight and functioning correctly, maintaining equipment aesthetics and standards.
Maintain logs to track services provided and forecast future project completions.
Adhere to company health and safety policies.
Complete other tasks as reasonably required.
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of mechanical pumps, hoses, motors, valves, connections, and fittings.
Experience with transferring liquids and gases from tanks and containers.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Understanding of preventative maintenance techniques.
Experience in electrical, plumbing, welding (MIG, Brazing), boilers (steam), and air systems.
Problem-solving and fabrication skills.
Preferred Qualifications College courses or skilled tradesman training in a related area.
Experience with pressurized liquefied gas systems.
HVAC servicing and troubleshooting experience.
Brazing and tube bending experience.
