Maintenance Tech
We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Tech to help maintain our apartment community. Responsibilities include apartment turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and general repairs. Previous apartment, make-ready, or general maintenance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Complete apartment turns, including painting, touch-ups, minor repairs, and unit preparation
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
Inspect vacant units and identify needed repairs or replacements
Complete work orders and assist with preventive maintenance
Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards before move-in
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist the maintenance and property management teams as needed
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
Qualifications
1–2 years of apartment, make-ready, or general maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
HVAC, CPO, EPA certifications preferred, but not required
CMMS or maintenance work-order system experience is a plus
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
$21.00 per hour
