Maintenance Technician
Richburg, SC

Join a growing precast concrete manufacturing team! We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventive maintenance on mixers, conveyors, forklifts, cranes, and more
Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA safety procedures
Maintain maintenance records and support facility upkeep
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Welding and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
NFPA 70E training preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs
Work in industrial environments with heat, dust, noise, and moving machinery
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
