Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $26.80 Hours: M-F 11am - 7pm with first few weeks of training M-F 8am - 4pm In-Person Location: 170 Clermont Rd, Shepherdsville, KY
Resource's typical working day: Assigned PM's Checking generators Checking plumbing Roof leaks General maintenance Painting General building repair Escorting vendors
Years of experience needed: 2-4 years Level of education: H.S diploma or GED Systems/software proficiencies: CMMS experience preferred, Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office knowledge preferred Certifications/licenses: n/a
Top must have skills: Basic HVAC/carpentry/electric/plumbing Can lift over 50lbs Good communication skills Self-starter
Top nice to have skills: Good technical skills
Interview process: First round phone screen, Second round in-person interview
