Job Summary:
Heritage Grove Estates (ALF) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Tech to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful assisted living facility. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairs, replacements, and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and appliances
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experience
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Requirements: 0 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
