Maintenance Technician
Your role will execute maintenance activities at single STC on site at Edwards Facility Chandler. Perform plant maintenance including scheduling and coordination of the preventive/corrective maintenance of production and plant equipment. Main responsibilities include performing equipment preventive maintenance, carrying out weekly work schedules for maintenance technicians, following CMMS program, which includes maintenance and PMs, giving daily support to production problems and assuring functional support of SIM meetings as required, performing repairs and modifications to the production and plant equipment when necessary, maintaining the Maintenance Database and assuring equipment spare part stocking levels are sufficient, ensuring the safety and health of employees when carrying out the work of contaminated pumps, supporting goals in cost reduction of operation, assisting with finding failure causes analysis and implementing corrective actions for unplanned maintenance activities.
To succeed, you will need knowledge of Edwards manufacturing operations, processes, uses and customer requirements. Extensive knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques and their implementation in production cells. Good understanding of safety and hygiene practices and procedures. Extensive knowledge of customer and company quality expectations. Knowledge and experience in maintenance building contractors management. Knowledge and experience in maintenance database management. Practical knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word). Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. 5 years of industrial related maintenance experience. Good understanding of safety and hygiene practices. Ability for interpersonal and administrative communication. Ability to work under pressure.
