Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift!
Maintenance Technician Job Details
Schedule : 2nd Shift
Pay Rate : Up to $26.00/hour, based on experience
Location : Florence, KY
Maintenance Technician Requirements/Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must interview for the position
Training or experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Electrical
Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
General knowledge of chemical and/or batch manufacturing preferred
Experience with plant operations and equipment including tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, and piping preferred
Forklift trained and licensed preferred
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good verbal, written, and mathematical skills
Must be able to wear safety glasses, steel toe boots, respirator, and dust mask
Must have reliable attendance
Cannot miss work during the first week
Doctor's note required before 5:00 PM the day of any absence
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include: Perform maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Maintain HVAC systems
Repair plumbing issues
Perform carpentry repairs
Complete preventative maintenance tasks
Conduct building inspections
Schedule repairs and maintain maintenance inventory
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Work independently while maintaining quality standards
