About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with strong long-term growth potential for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping production equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
Work on a variety of manufacturing equipment including punch presses, thermoformers, interfolders, and packaging machinery
Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, sensors, PLC-controlled systems, and servo-driven equipment
Repair, replace, or fabricate components as needed to restore equipment functionality
Complete maintenance work accurately, safely, and efficiently following company standards and procedures
Support continuous improvement efforts to improve equipment reliability and performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Solid troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Working knowledge of PLCs, machine controls, motors, and servo systems
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned equipment issues
Must have tools and diagnostic equipment necessary for the role
Flexibility to work weekends or extended shifts when needed
