HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN JOLIET, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our client in Joliet, IL. This individual is responsible for troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions. The individual will have 2 or more years in maintenance or related fields. Pay, Schedule, Location
$25 - 27/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
4pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday potential saturdays if needed
Location in Joliet, IL
Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and make necessary repairs
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with welding, electrical systems, or HVAC
Experience working in a transportation or warehousing environment
Certifications in maintenance or related fields
