We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands that every repair contributes to the guest experience.

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure every part of our hotel is operating safely, efficiently, and beautifully.
Responsibilities include: Complete guest room maintenance and repairs
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel
Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, appliances, doors, locks, furniture, and general building systems
Assist with seasonal maintenance including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep
Help maintain pools, mechanical equipment, boilers, and life safety systems as needed
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain clean, organized maintenance shops and storage areas
Assist with painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, and cosmetic improvements
Identify maintenance concerns before they become guest issues
Follow all OSHA, safety, and hotel operating procedures
Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
The Ideal Candidate Is: Experienced in hotel, apartment, commercial building, or general maintenance (preferred but not required)
Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
Able to prioritize multiple projects throughout the day
Friendly and professional when interacting with guests
Willing to learn and continually develop new skills
Available to work occasional weekends, holidays, or emergency situations as needed
Physical Requirements Frequently lift, push, or carry up to 50 lbs.
Stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, bend, crawl, and reach throughout the day
Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Safely operate maintenance equipment and tools
Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, mechanical equipment, and maintenance materials
