Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general support for building systems and equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, using hand tools, moving furniture or equipment as needed, and performing general maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license is required. This is a 3rd shift position supporting a major pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device campus in Blue Ash, OH. The schedule rotates monthly, working Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM for one month and Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM the next.
Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
Impact team through defined duties, methods, and tasks as described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift position is $21.15 per hour and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift position is $24.51 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
