Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community | Hamilton Township, NJ

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-maintained 300-unit apartment community in Hamilton Township, NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Complete apartment turns (make-readies) to prepare homes for new .
Diagnose and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC systems.
Handle carpentry, tile work, and general maintenance projects.
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
Help maintain the overall appearance, safety, and quality of the community.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
HVAC/AC experience required.
Strong skills in:
Carpentry
Tile work
Apartment make-readies
Plumbing
Electrical
Appliance repair
Basic computer skills for work orders and maintenance tracking.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Honest, dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
