Maintenance Technician| Pay: $32.50/hour
Location: Commerce City, CO
Work Setting: On-Site
Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a state-of-the-art automated distribution facility. This position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced material handling equipment, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging technology in a highly automated environment.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.
Complete maintenance activities using CMMS and maintenance documentation systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptime.
Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical and controls equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and flexible schedules as required.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Conveyor and sorter maintenance
Preventive maintenance programs
CMMS systems
Automation and control systems
Robotics
Electrical troubleshooting
Mechanical troubleshooting
Material handling equipment (MHE)
Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives
Maintenance supervision or leadership experience
