Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and material handling industry, is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech to join their team. As a Mech & Robotics Tech, you will be part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting our client in Oak Creek, WI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mech & Robotics Tech
Location: Oak Creek, WI
Pay Range: $27.32/hr. (1st shift)O
What's the Job?
Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
Complete preventative maintenance routines with accurate documentation to ensure equipment reliability.
Mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
At least 1 year of experience with PC competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
