DH Bader is looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician in Baltimore, MD, to help keep our communities safe, well-maintained, and looking their best.
If you're the type of person who can patch drywall in the morning, repair a fence in the afternoon, and install new community signage before the day is done, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in maintaining the appearance, functionality, and overall quality of our communities.

This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $21-$24 per hour , along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Qualifications
• Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman services, construction, or a skilled trade is preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills in drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general exterior maintenance.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including digging with shovels and post-hole diggers.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical repairs, with the ability to safely replace outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional, with the ability to work well with residents and team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
