Responsibilities: Perform general plumbing tasks
Handle basic HVAC maintenance
Conduct painting and repair work
Address repairs in guest rooms as needed
Perform basic repairs in hotel public areas
Carry out preventive maintenance and inspections
Assist with general housekeeping duties
Maintain the pool and spa
Qualifications: No formal education required
Basic working knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
