Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
Coordinate with purchasing personnel to obtain required tools, supplies, parts, and materials. May be responsible for making expedited purchases when necessary.
Perform facility repairs, installations, construction-related work, and general maintenance as needed.
Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.
Complete routine maintenance tasks and standard work assignments in accordance with established procedures.
Assist with maintenance-related projects and other duties as assigned.
Follow all applicable safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements And Desired Responsibilities
3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems is preferred.
Experience using power tools and hand tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner. xhqgsiq
Basic computer skills.
Compensation (DOE): $23-30/hr
