Foursite- Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties
* Assist with maintenance improvement projects
* Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds
* Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments
* Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
* Perform work order requests
* Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal
Maintenance technician skills:
* Home repair or handyman skills
* Experience with painting
* Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance
* Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies
Schedule
The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.
