Bilingual Maintenance Technician (Spanish/English Required)
Location : Charlotte, NC
Pay : $24-$26/hour + Benefits
Are you a skilled Bilingual Maintenance Technician looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a great team? We are seeking an experienced Spanish/English-speaking Maintenance Technician to join a residential community in Charlotte, NC.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, solving maintenance issues, and taking pride in keeping a community running smoothly.
Spanish/English Bilingual Skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities
Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
Perform apartment turns (make-readies) for new residents
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Complete general maintenance tasks including drywall, painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents
Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required )
EPA Universal Certification (a plus )
1+ years of apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, or related experience
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
