Maintenance Technician | Charlotte, MI
Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct facility maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing and electrical work.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production line issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and company regulations during all work.
Recommended Qualifications High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, HVAC, electrical)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or other powered industrial trucks
