Maintenance Technician
Ermak Foundry is seeking a highly skilled, technically minded Maintenance Technician who values ingenuity, flexibility, and a willingness to repair and rebuild. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual who enjoys working with equipment that needs TLC in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
Keeping machinery running, with little or no documentation
Execute against a preventative maintenance schedule
Maintain spare parts inventory
Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot, solve problems, and optimize processes.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and safe workflow.

Requirements:
Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
