Position: Maintenance Technician Location: Laramie, WY & Cheyenne, WY

We're looking for a motivated, professional, and team-oriented Maintenance Technician to help us maintain the quality, comfort, and safety of our properties. In this hands-on role, you'll tackle everything from electrical and plumbing repairs to appliance troubleshooting and exterior maintenance—all while working with a supportive team that values communication and excellence. This full-time position will be responsible for two small properties. One 36 unit property in Laramie and one 24-unit property in Cheyenne. Travel to the other property will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and improve the physical condition of our properties.
Respond to maintenance requests and perform unit turns.
Troubleshoot and repair issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and more.
Ensure properties meet company and legal standards.
Be available for on-call emergencies (rotating schedule).
We're Looking for Someone who is:

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and being on-call for emergencies.
Must-Have Skills & Tools:
General maintenance and repair experience (basic tools required).
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and acceptable driving/background check.
