Maintenance Technician
Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial equipment? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our maintenance team and play a critical role in keeping a large manufacturing operation running efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of equipment, develop your technical skills, and make a direct impact on daily production.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility
Repair and replace production equipment, machinery, and components
Maintain overhead cranes, silos, HVAC systems, belts, filters, and other facility equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work orders
Work on a mix of legacy and modern manufacturing equipment
Qualifications
3+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
Welding, plumbing, HVAC, or metal fabrication experience is a plus

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
