Mechanical Maintenance Technician
If you can hear a machine running and know something doesn't sound right—we want to talk to YOU.
We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Technician who knows how to troubleshoot, repair, and keep industrial production equipment running. This isn't a position where you'll spend your day checking boxes on a PM sheet—we need someone who can find the problem, fix it, and get production moving again.
What You'll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
Diagnose mechanical breakdowns and determine the root cause
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Repair and replace bearings, belts, chains, sprockets, gears, shafts, seals, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, lubrication, and changeovers
Disassemble, repair, and rebuild mechanical components
Read equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and mechanical drawings
Respond quickly when equipment goes down and help get production back online
Partner with production to identify recurring equipment issues and improve reliability
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is mechanically strong and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
You'll stand out if you have:
Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience repairing production machinery
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, chains, and belts
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Welding or fabrication experience—a plus
Electrical troubleshooting experience—a plus
Technical/trade school education—a plus
When the Machine Goes Down…
Are you the person everyone looks for?
Can you listen, troubleshoot, tear into the problem, figure out WHY it happened, make the repair, and safely get that equipment running again?
Then this may be exactly the opportunity you've been looking for.
Bring us your mechanical skills, troubleshooting mindset, and willingness to tackle the problem.
Machines break. We need the person who knows how to bring them back to life.
