Job description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician II to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of hotel facilities and equipment, while delivering excellent service to our guests.

Full-time position with 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 Maintenance and Engineering operation, requiring flexible availability for morning, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and mechanical repairs
Operate and maintain hotel systems and related equipment
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and service calls
Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory of maintenance supplies

Experience in one or more skilled trades (mechanical, electrical, carpentry, HVAC/refrigeration, or painting)
Ability to safely operate hand, mechanical, and electrical tools
Trade school education or relevant work experience
