In this hands-on role, you'll keep our properties running smoothly by completing maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and making repairs that help create a safe, comfortable home for our residents. Every day brings something new-from troubleshooting repairs to ensuring our communities look and function at their best.
What You'll Do:
Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment operating efficiently
Complete repairs to apartments, common areas, and property amenities
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
Work independently while delivering outstanding customer service

Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed during unit turns.
Ability to respond to emergency maintenance requests and requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and confined spaces.
