We are seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, delivers exceptional customer service, and understands the importance of maintaining a community that residents are proud to call home.
What You'll Do
Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the community
Troubleshoot and repair general plumbing and electrical issues
Assist with preventative maintenance projects
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
Maintain a professional attitude while working in occupied apartment homes
What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
HVAC experience and certification required
CPO certification preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, maintenance, and repair work
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Weekend availability required
Participation in a shared on-call rotation required
