Job description
Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support machinery and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. Welding experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime
Clean, grease, and service manufacturing equipment
Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of:
Hydraulics
Conveyors
VFDs
Electrical systems
Pneumatics
Automation equipment
Feeders, mills, kilns
Read and interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Safely use hand tools and power tools
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical background
Drug and background screening
Receptive to coaching and feedback
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
Physical Demands
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Capable of repetitive movements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
