Job description

Repair Expert

As our repair expert, you are an essential part of the resident experience! You will work closely with the Director of Maintenance and Maintenance Managers to maintain our building by handling all requests for repairs and improvements.

Responsibilities

Complete work orders as requested by residents

Wood flooring and/or wallpaper replacement

Paint/paint touch up

Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing

Conduct move-out inspections

Minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks

Attributes

High school diploma or GED required

HVAC experience preferred

Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs

1-3 years' experience in maintenance or related professional area required

Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate verbally with tenants, management and co-workers

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Strong time management skills, attention to detail and thoroughness
